The absolute best way to celebrate Make Your Dream Come True Day is to, of course, think of a dream you’ve been dreaming for a while, and then find a way to make it come true. Mind you, it may not be easy, and fulfilling this dream will likely not be done overnight, but you owe it to yourself to do something for you in your life, to prove to yourself that you really can, and that the routine of everyday life has not defeated you.

And then start right away, no more procrastination or excuses.

The same goes for the dream of being, say, a black belt in kung fu, or any other martial art, for that matter. Research nearby clubs, read some reviews, and sign up today. Three or four or five years may seem like a long time to achieve a goal, but as acclaimed motivational speaker Earl Nightingale said: “Don’t let the fear of the time it will take to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it. The time will pass anyway; we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use.”
