Succulent Succulents

8th Apr, 2015 | Posted by in Blog

Over that past few months Succulents have become the go-to house plant. They are easy to buy and easy to care for – even if you’re a bit of a lazy gardener. They come in a variety of different shapes and sizes so they can make even the plainest of windowsills look like verdant garden. But don’t be fooled by the simplistic nature of them, as there are a lot to chose from.

There are hundreds of sites out there that can help you raise these delightful plants and I have collected a few of the most helpful to get you going on turning you bland windowsill into a flourishing foliage forever home.

Due to their increase in popularity there are loads of different ways in which people have used these little versatile plants. For example you could use them as an amazing wreath for your front door. If you get really confident with them you could try making some jewelry; some of the necklaces out there are really dainty. Or maybe you’re getting married and your theme has some earthy undertones; why not go for a Succulent Bouquet? There are some stunning ideas out there on how to use these plants to brighten up your space.

I hope that this has inspired you to try your hand at a different type of plant from the norm and enjoy Garden Month!
