History of World Ag Expo

The World Ag Expo began in 1968, originally held at the Tulare County Fairgrounds in California. The first show attracted 157 exhibitors and 28,000 visitors.

Due to its success, it quickly became an annual event, growing in size and significance each year. The International Agri-Center, a non-profit organization, has hosted the event since 1976. This venue provided more space and resources to accommodate the growing number of participants.

Over the years, the Expo expanded to feature over 1,200 exhibitors and more than 100,000 attendees from around the world, making it the largest annual agricultural exposition.
