Bloody stupid

14th Jun, 2012 | Posted by in Blog

I give blood as often as possible, which, in the UK, providing you’re not doing it down a back alley, is three times a year. My last donation was only two weeks ago.

Still, today is Blood Donor Day, so I had to do something.

You know the little straws you get with juice cartons? Course you do. You own a vacuum cleaner, right? Sure, everyone owns one. You have a decent-sized vein in the crook of your arm that’s relatively easy to pierce? Yup, me too.

You got common sense? NOT ME!

I’m currently in Ward 12 of my local infirmary, flowers and grapes are appreciated.
